Question 10 – What fills your spare time?

What an employee does outside of the office should be his or her own business, right? Technically, yes, but if we really expect to enjoy our work, alongside of the people with whom we spend the majority of our waking hours during the work week, then what’s done outside of work is a strong consideration in the hiring process.
